We Value The Things We Worked Hard to Achieve

We Value The Things We Worked Hard to Achieve

Have you ever heard the saying, “Easy money earned is easy money spent.”?

Isn’t it ironic how we spend so much time, energy, and effort on wishing, hoping, and wanting?

Yet, if we really take a step back and think about it… if we had all that we wished for, hoped for and longed for; life would be pretty boring. I mean, we’d be happy for a week, a month, or maybe even a year; but, what about after that?

I know that if I woke up tomorrow and had everything I wanted, after a very short amount of time I would feel deeply unfulfilled. Wouldn’t you?

So, take pride in the day-to-day challenges, in the obstacles, and in the tough times. It’s in those times that our character is shaped, our morals are tested, and our strength is built.

Remember, obstacles make success taste even sweeter.
